Educational, not clinical
Brielis provides educational experiences and non-clinical family insights. It is not a diagnostic, medical, psychological, or therapeutic service and should not be used as a substitute for professional evaluation or care.
Appropriate use
Users may not misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with other users, reverse engineer protected systems where prohibited by law, or use Brielis to harm, exploit, or profile children.
Subscriptions and paid access
Some destinations and family features may require a paid plan. Final billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be shown clearly before paid subscriptions are made generally available.
Availability and changes
Brielis is under active development. Features, worlds, pricing, and availability may change as the product is tested and improved. Material changes affecting families will be communicated through the service or account contact information.
Intellectual property
Brielis artwork, narration, software, world designs, trademarks, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Family members retain rights in content they lawfully provide to the service.
Brielis is operated as a brand of ElinPulse Solutions LLC and may be identified in legal materials as ElinPulse Solutions LLC d/b/a Brielis.
